Fragrances contain alcohol and fragrance ingredients that may irritate sensitive skin. If you have known sensitivities, check the manufacturer’s ingredient label, test a small amount first, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Pre-orders are essentially an order on demand. You place your order before we have that size in inventory, which lets us source your specific bottle directly instead of making you wait for our next general inventory restock. The typical sourcing time is 1–2 weeks, and we confirm the exact timing with you before payment.

Returns and refunds may be subject to a 5% fee based on the order cost before tax. Please contact us with your order details before sending anything back.

Damaged property is eligible for replacement when sufficient proof is provided. Take clear photos of the item and packaging, then contact us as soon as possible.
