Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide in an order request or restock request, including your name, phone number, email address, requested products, delivery preferences, and messages.

We also store limited device-local information such as cart contents and recently viewed fragrances so the storefront works smoothly. This information stays in your browser unless you submit an order request.

How we use information

• To review and respond to orders, restock requests, questions, pickup arrangements, and shipping needs.
• To confirm availability, pricing, payment steps, and delivery or pickup updates.
• To improve the storefront and prevent fraudulent or abusive requests.

Service providers

Order requests are processed through the website form provider and delivered to Ambitious Aroma’s order email. The site may also use service providers for security checks, reviews, hosting, and inventory availability. Those providers may process information only as needed to operate their services.

Sharing and retention

Ambitious Aroma does not sell or rent personal information. We share information only when needed to handle your request, meet a legal obligation, protect the business or customers, or with a provider described above.

We keep order and contact information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, recordkeeping, and legal or tax obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete the personal information we have about you, subject to lawful recordkeeping requirements. You can also clear browser-stored cart and recently viewed data through your browser settings.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is posted.
