Shipping, returns & pre-orders

Effective September 11, 2026. Please read this before payment so the order process is clear.

Availability and pre-orders

In-stock items are marked as ready to ship when physical inventory is available. A pre-order lets you request a specific size that is not currently on hand. Typical sourcing time is 1–2 weeks. We confirm the timing, availability, and final total before payment.

Pickup and shipping

Local pickup or shipping may be available depending on the order. We confirm the available method, delivery or pickup details, and any applicable costs before payment. You will be personally notified when we have an update about your package or pickup.

Returns and refunds

Contact Ambitious Aroma before returning an item. Returns and refunds may be subject to a 5% fee based on cost before tax. Eligibility and the next steps are reviewed with you based on the specific order and item condition.

Damaged items

Damaged property is eligible for replacement with valid proof. Please keep the item and its packaging, take clear photos of the product and packaging, and contact us as soon as possible after delivery or pickup so we can review the issue.

Testers

Testers are offered for value and may not include a retail box. They are identified before purchase; ask before payment if you need confirmation about a particular tester’s presentation.

This policy does not remove any consumer rights that apply under law. Questions should be raised before payment whenever possible, especially for pre-orders and tester bottles.
