Orders and availability

Submitting an order request does not create a completed sale. We confirm the requested fragrance, size, availability, final total, and payment instructions before payment is due. Product photos, descriptions, and prices are provided for shopping guidance and may change as inventory or sourcing conditions change.

Pricing and promotions

Prices, discounts, availability, and retail-comparison information may change without notice. If a displayed price, product detail, or promotion contains an error, we will contact you with the corrected information before payment. We may decline or cancel a request that cannot be fulfilled at the confirmed terms.

Pre-orders and testers

Pre-orders are requests for sizes that are not currently in physical inventory. Typical sourcing time is 1–2 weeks, but exact timing is confirmed before payment. Tester bottles may not include a retail box. Any material condition details are confirmed before payment.

Authenticity and batch variations

Products are represented as authentic and are backed by batch-code information. Batch codes identify a production run and can help distinguish bottles made at different times.

Brands may update packaging, bottle design, labeling, ingredients, or fragrance formulation between production runs. As a result, an authentic recent bottle may differ from an older batch, a retailer photo, or a bottle you have owned before. Minor differences in color, cap, box, atomizer, presentation, or scent character can occur as brands refresh production.

Ambitious Aroma provides products only from sources whose inventory information is current to the best of our knowledge. If a recent bottle or formulation change creates an unexpected difference, we apologize for the inconvenience. Ask before payment if you would like the available batch or presentation details for a specific bottle.

Payments, pickup, and shipping

Accepted payment methods and the final order total are confirmed directly after review. Pickup or shipping details are confirmed before payment. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Returns, damaged items, and cancellations

Returns and refunds may be subject to a 5% fee based on order cost before tax. Damaged property is eligible for replacement with valid proof. See the Shipping, Returns & Pre-Orders Policy for the current process. Contact us before returning an item or disputing an order so we can review the situation.
